Tiddy Mun Fairy

"An Old World English fairy, Tiddy Mun was reported to be the elder male of the Tiddy people, a physically repulsive bunch with thread-like limbs, long noses, and wide red tongues dangling from elongated mouths. When the Tiddy people were happy, they would help corn to ripen and all green things to grow. Food and drink offerings were made frequently to the Tiddy people to ensure a good harvest." This is the original art for a recent painting commission for the Wit's End Puppets troupe of Washington, DC.
